Commencez par 3 à 5 gouttes pour environ 100 ml d’eau, puis adaptez selon la taille de la pièce et l’intensité souhaitée. Mieux vaut commencer doucement et ajouter quelques gouttes si nécessaire.

Une diffusion de 15 à 30 minutes suffit généralement pour profiter pleinement des huiles essentielles. Il n’est pas nécessaire de diffuser en continu : quelques courtes séances dans la journée sont souvent plus agréables.

Une atmosphère très naturelle, boisée et enveloppante, comme une balade en forêt. C’est un mélange qui donne tout de suite une sensation de calme et d’évasion.
